1 – Product packaging
The products available in our online store are dispatched in packages or on pallets, the choice being contingent upon their weight and dimensions.
Given that our workshops are dispersed across France, each product originates from a distinct shipping location. Consequently, it is advisable not to consolidate different products within the same order basket but to place separate orders for each. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter..
2 – Parcel delivery
Our product delivery services extend to a wide array of countries. For specific destinations, shipping costs are computed based on estimates. Should your country not be listed among our destinations, kindly forward your inquiry to jrs@jardinsduroisoleil.com
For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient assumes responsibility for any associated taxes and customs duties.
3 – Delivery on pallet
All deliveries are by appointment.
While our products can be shipped to numerous countries, our online store restricts shipments to Europe. For destinations beyond Europe, shipping costs are determined by quotation. If your country is not featured in our list of destinations, please direct your inquiry to jrs@jardinsduroisoleil.com.
We present two delivery methods contingent upon the accessibility of the designated location.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the delivery is made in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, excluding VAT and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
